Shipping
All orders placed with Signature Lux are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your designated metro location within approximately 5-8 business days. Please note that additional delivery time may be required for rural locations.
Shipping Damage
At Signature Lux, we take great care in packing and checking all of our products before they are shipped to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that mishandling by couriers can sometimes lead to damages during transit. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we have measures in place to address this issue.
If you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask that you take the following steps:
- Record the damage: Please carefully inspect the package and the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make sure to document it by taking clear and detailed photos.
- Contact us within 24 hours: Once you have recorded the damage, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us through our website's contact form.

If the damage is confirmed to be a result of mishandling during transit, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue:
- Replacement: If we still have the damaged item in stock, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in pristine condition.
- Refund: In the event that the damaged item is no longer available in our inventory, we will provide you with a full refund. We understand that receiving a damaged item can be disappointing, and we want to make sure you are fairly compensated.

Return Process
