We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that returns are not available for international orders. If you have an issue with the item(s) you received, please contact us at info@signaturelux.com.au, and we’ll do our best to offer a solution that works for both parties.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, and sealed properly.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following outlines the acceptable reasons for return:
Item didn’t match the listing, arrived faulty, or damage in which case you will be eligible for a full refund, and we will cover the shipping costs. We kindly request a picture or video to verify the issue. This policy helps protect our team from unwarranted claims and ensures that genuine concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
If a picture or video of the item is not provided, we will be unable to process your concern. Refunds are subject to our review and decision based on the evidence submitted.
Other returns:
Change of mind. Returns due to change of mind are subject to assessment by Signature Lux. If approved, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and sealed properly.
You ordered the wrong item. If you ordered the wrong item, returns are also subject to assessment by Signature Lux. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 10% may also apply, depending on the condition of the item upon return. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and sealed properly.
Clearance or Final Sale Items. Items purchased on clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, please contact us at info@signaturelux.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return label (where applicable). Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
