Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-7  business days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods:
All orders, domestic and international (except large items longer than 150cm), are dispatched via Australia Post. 

Shipping Times:

Express domestic shipping is 1-2 business days

Standard domestic shipping is 2-6 business days 

International shipping takes  6-26 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit, provided the item was packed properly and dispatched within the handling time.

International Shipping:
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, undelivered, not collected, or an incorrect address, the receiver is responsible for paying the new shipping fee for reshipment.

If the receiver chooses to cancel the order and request a refund instead, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable and are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
