Signature Lux Pty Ltd is an Australian retailer of aftermarket automotive accessories.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any vehicle manufacturer, including Ford Motor Company or any other automotive brand. Any vehicle makes, model names, trademarks, or logos referenced on this website are used solely for product identification and fitment purposes.

2. Product Fitment & Customer Responsibility

Our products are designed to suit the vehicle applications listed in each product description.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Verify compatibility with their vehicle's model, year, trim, and specifications before purchasing.
  • Ensure products are installed correctly.
  • Obtain professional installation where recommended.
  • Ensure the product complies with all applicable road rules, vehicle standards, and regulations within their state, territory, or country.

Signature Lux cannot provide legal advice regarding vehicle modification laws applicable in every jurisdiction.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with local laws and regulations.

Signature Lux accepts no responsibility for damage, compliance issues, fines, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect installation, improper use, vehicle incompatibility, or unlawful modification.

3. Warranty

Warranty periods and coverage are specified on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Improper wiring or electrical faults.
  • Vehicle modifications.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Water ingress caused by improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic deterioration through normal use.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, impacts, environmental conditions, or unauthorised repairs.

Certain lighting and electrical products require professional installation for warranty eligibility. Where applicable, this requirement will be stated on the product page.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. Installation

Unless otherwise stated, Signature Lux strongly recommends professional installation of all electrical, lighting, steering wheel, and vehicle modification products.

Any damage resulting from self-installation or installation by an unqualified person is not covered under warranty.

Installation costs, labour charges, diagnostics, removal, and refitting expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

  • Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Custom-made, personalised, modified, pre-order, and special-order products are non-returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Returned products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Signature Lux does not accept returns solely because a product is prohibited or restricted in the customer's jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for confirming legality before purchase.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Signature Lux is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, customs authorities, or shipping carriers.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped using third-party courier and postal services.

Ownership of the goods transfers upon delivery; however, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Signature Lux is not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Import duties or taxes
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Industrial action
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their destination country.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Lux Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Electrical faults
  • Mechanical failure
  • Labour costs
  • Diagnostic fees
  • Installation or removal costs
  • Towing expenses
  • Loss of income or business
  • Loss of use of a vehicle

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on this website—including but not limited to:

  • Product images
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Product descriptions
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Website design
  • Marketing material

is the intellectual property of Signature Lux Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
