Welcome to Signature Lux Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. General

Signature Lux Pty Ltd designs, sources, and sells aftermarket automotive accessories. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with Ford Motor Company or any other vehicle manufacturer unless explicitly stated. All vehicle names and models referred to are used for the purpose of fitment description only.

2. Product Fitment and Use

Our products are designed to be compatible with specific vehicle models, as listed in product descriptions.


It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure the product is suitable for their vehicle model and year.

  • Arrange professional installation where required.

  • Comply with local road, lighting, and vehicle modification laws.

We supply the product, but we cannot provide advice on the specific laws in your area. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

We are not liable for any damage, compliance issues, loss, or fines resulting from improper fitment, installation, or use.

3. Warranty

Warranty coverage is stated in the individual product description at the time of purchase.

Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or modification.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Water, chemical, collision, or electrical damage.

  • Faults caused by using non-recommended wiring or accessories.

Some electrical/lighting products may require professional installation for warranty eligibility. Where professional installation is required, this will be specified on the product page.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. Professional Installation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we strongly recommend professional installation of all lighting, electrical, and steering-related products.

Any damage caused as a result of self-installation or installation by an unqualified person is not covered under warranty.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy is available on our website and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Change of Mind: May or may not be accepted depending on product type. Eligibility and restocking fees are determined by the Returns Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

  • Custom, made-to-order, personalised, modified, or special-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any modification or accessory purchased is legal and permitted in their state or country. Signature Lux does not offer refunds for returns due to local regulations or compliance issues.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.


We do not provide refunds for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen transit issues.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped using third-party couriers. Once your order has been lodged with the courier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Delays, customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Lux Pty Ltd is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

  • Loss of vehicle, electrical damage, loss of use, mechanical failure, labour costs, towing, or diagnosis fees.

  • Damage resulting from off-road use, improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, brand names, logos, design elements, and marketing material — is the exclusive property of Signature Lux Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
